CarBazaar acts as a service provider and facilitator and does not take ownership of vehicles unless explicitly stated.
2. User Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

You have the legal authority to enter into agreements
All information provided by you is accurate and truthful
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Vehicle Inspection Services
CarBazaar offers professional vehicle inspection services performed by trained inspectors.
Inspection Scope
Our inspection may include:
Exterior condition
Interior condition
Engine condition
Test drive evaluation
Accident or structural damage check
Basic electrical checks
OBD diagnostics (if applicable)
Important Disclaimer
The inspection report represents the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only.
CarBazaar does not guarantee future performance, reliability, or absence of hidden defects.
Inspection results are based on visible and accessible components and do not involve dismantling parts.
4. Seller Responsibilities
If you are listing or selling a vehicle through CarBazaar, you agree to:
Provide accurate vehicle details
Disclose accidents, major repairs, or modifications
Ensure that the vehicle has clear ownership and legal documentation
Allow inspectors access to the vehicle during scheduled inspections
CarBazaar reserves the right to remove or reject listings that contain misleading or fraudulent information.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers using our services must:
Verify vehicle documents before purchase
Review inspection reports carefully
Conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any transaction
CarBazaar is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the final sale.
6. Inspection Appointments
When booking an inspection:
You must provide accurate vehicle location details
The vehicle must be available at the scheduled time
Delays or cancellations should be informed in advance
CarBazaar reserves the right to reschedule inspections due to operational or safety reasons.
7. Payments
Payments for services may include:
Vehicle inspection fees
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) fees
Listing services (if applicable)
Additional evaluation services
All payments must be made through approved payment methods on the platform.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Refund Policy
CarBazaar aims to provide reliable and transparent services. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be provided if:
The inspection could not be completed due to CarBazaar’s operational issue
Inspector fails to reach the inspection location
The service cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to CarBazaar
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
The vehicle is not available at the inspection location
The customer cancels after the inspector has been dispatched
Incorrect location or vehicle details were provided
The inspection has already been completed
Partial Refund
In certain cases where inspection is partially completed, CarBazaar may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
CarBazaar shall not be held liable for:
Mechanical failures occurring after inspection
Hidden defects not visible during inspection
Disputes between buyers and sellers
Financial loss arising from vehicle transactions
Decisions made based on inspection reports
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the CarBazaar website including:
Logos
Text
Images
Graphics
Inspection formats
are the intellectual property of CarBazaar and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Post fraudulent vehicle listings
Provide false vehicle documentation
Attempt to misuse or manipulate inspection reports
Interfere with the functioning of the platform
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.
12. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
CarBazaar does not sell or misuse user data.
Information may be shared with inspectors or service partners only for service delivery purposes.
13. Service Availability
CarBazaar services may not be available in all cities.
Service availability depends on operational coverage and inspector availability.
14. Modifications to Terms
CarBazaar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
